As a strategic choice, we have implemented and had our management systems certified by an independent body in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018. These certifications represent for Marfur the reference framework to achieve and exceed our business objectives, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
In April 2023, we obtained SA8000 certification—an important milestone, as it is the first internationally recognized standard that measures the ethical management of a company and is monitored by an impartial third party tasked with ensuring compliance.
A specific aspect of the SA8000 standard is that the company must also ensure that its suppliers comply with the same social responsibility requirements.
Stakeholders—and particularly clients and suppliers—play a significant role in the context in which Marfur provides its services. Through management systems, we are able to carry out appropriate evaluations of process effectiveness and efficiency with a view to continuous improvement.
